Last updated: 1 June 2026 · This is a template for review by your legal advisor before publishing.

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for the service fees paid to Thai ETA Card, a service operated by Altas Holidays ("we", "us", "our") for assistance with the Thailand Digital Arrival Card ("TDAC").

1. What you are paying for

Your payment covers our professional service — reviewing, correcting, processing, and submitting your application, providing support, and delivering your approved document. It may also include an official fee where applicable. Our service fee reflects work performed on your behalf.

2. Application-denial refund

If your Thailand Digital Arrival Card application is denied by the relevant authority despite the information you provided being accurate and complete, we will refund our service fee. Official fees, where separately payable, may be non-refundable. To claim, contact us with your reference number.

3. Refunds before processing begins

If you request cancellation before our team has started reviewing or processing your application, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fee, minus any non-refundable payment-gateway charges.

4. Refunds after processing has started

Once our specialists have begun reviewing or have submitted your application, the service has been substantially delivered. In these cases refunds are generally not available, except where required by law or under the denial-refund provision above.

5. Situations not eligible for refund

6. How to request a refund

Email our support team with your reference number, the email used on your application, and the reason for your request. We aim to review all refund requests within 5–7 business days.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor (Cashfree). Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the amount to appear.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
